Foundations and reinforced concrete structures as per the project drawn up by Project Management, in accordance with regulations in force with the corresponding on-site control monitoring by specialised and authorised laboratories.

FACADE

The facade will have brick masonry combining continuous cladding finishes on the exterior with other materials. Thermal insulation in cavity and interior lining through insulated dry partition walls.

HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CLADDING

Wood-effect porcelain floor tiles inside the home with white skirting boards matching the indoor carpentry. Stairs covered with porcelain tiles, coordinating the steps with the landing. Porcelain tiles on the balconies, patios and porchways. Porcelain tiles in the basement, laundry room and basement accessway, and trowel-finished concrete in the parking area. Vertical ceramic coatings in bathrooms and water-based vinyl paint in the rest of the home.

OUTDOOR CARPENTRY

Aluminium carpentry with thermal bridge breaker or PVC, in accordance with project design; colour to be chosen by the Project Management.
Compact aluminium or PVC roller shutter system integrated into the window frame.
Double glazing with intermediate chamber.

PARTITIONS AND INTERIOR DIVISIONS

The properties have insulated dry partition walls. The party walls separating the different properties will be built with brick masonry cladded with insulated dry partition walls on either side. Double glazing with intermediate air chamber.

INDOOR CARPENTRY

Armoured front door.
Smooth interior doors finished in white.
Built-in wardrobes with finished panes matching interior doors.
Textile-finish interior, with shelf and rail.

KITCHENS
